We are currently hiring for the positions of:
  • Label Technician - 3rd shift, train on 1st ($10-$12/hr)
  • Maintenance Electrician - 2nd or 3rd shift, train on 1st ($16-$18/hr)
  • Plus, many other entry level positions!
These are all full time positions with set schedules! Paid weekly and full benefits after 90 days. Must be 18 and must have excellent attendance. 
 
 
 
 
 
Preventative Maintenance - 1st shift
Job Summary:
This is an entry level preventative maintenance position within the Thermoforming Department. This position will be responsible for the preventative maintenance of all Thermoforming equipment and machinery under guidelines of the maintenance department. This is a full time, hourly position. This is a Drug Free Workplace. Job Responsibilities:
1. Clean manufacturing equipment to facilitate inspections and repairs
2. Inspect, fill, adjust, and repair manufacturing equipment lubrication systems and components
3. Inspect and repair pneumatic system components including hoses, cylinders, and valves
4. Perform safety system checks on manufacturing equipment prior to performing cleaning and repairs
5. Record material usage in database (grease, oil, hose, grease line, fittings)
6. Inspect conveyor belts, lubricate and adjust tracking
7. Assist maintenance technicians with grinder blade changes and PM
8. Clean and inspect air compressor system
9. Clean and inspect water cooling systems (towers and chillers)
10. Assist with snow removal
11. Clean maintenance shop and equipment
 
 
Qualifications:
1. Follow all company safety protocols
2. Follow written work instructions
3. Follow verbal work instructions
4. Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
5. Follow assigned task schedule
6. Work extra shifts as required during peak season
7. Work extra hours as required
8. Assist other associates as needed
 
 
Safety:
Must wear hearing and eye protection at all times while on the factory floor
Follow all LPC safety rules and practices
 
 
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud and proper PPE is required. 
 
 
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee normally stand and walk for extended periods, but will occasionally be required to sit; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently stand, climb, lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
