HR Intern
This is a newly created position.
Position: part time - flexible hours (15-20 hrs). Must be able to meet with associates during each of 3 shifts on a weekly basis (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am)
Possible schedule (6am-8am - 3rd/1st shift, 2-4pm - 2nd/3rd, etc). Weekend hours may be required. We are flexible on scheduling as long as all shifts are included in weekly interactions.
Essential Duties Include:
1) Exceptional people skills and confidence in communication
2) Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
3) Ability to easily communicate/develop trust with associates . Previous customer service experience would be helpful
4) Meeting with associates identified, developing relationships, gathering information regarding engagement and associate satisfaction
5) Working with HR Mgr to identify core trends through analysis of reporting based on feedback gathered.
6) Research on HR best practices along with Creative PowerPoint communications will be expected as part of this role.
Pay: weekly pay (Mon-Sun) $15/hr
