Retail Channel Sales Manager

Develop Prospective Customers: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at major big box retailers.
Promote Products: Effectively present and promote Landmark products to meet the needs of potential and existing clients.
Achieve Sales Targets: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and quotas.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with Management: Work closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement sales strategies.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative, preferably within the retail or manufacturing industry.
Demonstrated success in selling to big box retailers such as Menards, Lowe's, Ace Hardware, Tractor Supply, and Home Depot.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Supervisory Responsibility:
None currently.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be subject to manufacturing shop floor conditions, outdoor conditions, or office environments.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a salary full-time position. After hours and weekend hours may be required to meet the sales goals, quotas, and metrics as provided.
